About Pam Rheinschild
A longtime resident of the Wood River Valley, Pam Rheinschild came to ski for a season before law school after graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance. It is often said about Sun Valley that people come for the winters and stay for the summers, and after that first year in the mountains, Pam made Sun Valley home in 1985.
With a background in commercial construction and property management in Southern California, Pam joined the local real estate community, earning her broker's license, GRI designation and Certified Residential Appraisal license. Pam has assisted buyers, sellers and homeowners for nearly 25 years with an emphasis on residential and recreational properties throughout the Wood River Valley.
Today's complex real estate environment has created tremendous opportunities as well as challenges for seasoned investors and first-time participants, requiring a Realtor with credible valuation skills, broad scope marketing, strong negotiating skills, professional networking, and an eye for detail, balanced with a dose of common sense. Pam understands what worked in the past is insufficient for this new market, and her unique skill set and personal commitment is well matched for today's challenges.
Combining local knowledge, integrity and a firm belief that a real estate transaction should be professionally conducted while being a pleasurable experience for all involved, Pam complements her professional real estate pursuits with aviation, family, and community involvement; having served on the boards of the Animal Shelter and Sagebrush Equine Training Center for the Handicapped, she currently supports her daughter's involvement in college at Montana State University and volunteers for Higher Ground adaptive sports programs.
