This license requires additional education and experience. Requirements include 2 years of full time real estate sales experience, over $2,000,000 in sales volume and an additional 90 hours of education.
A real estate broker or a real estate agent is a person who represents sellers or buyers of real estate/real property. While a broker may work independently, an agent must work under a licensed broker to represent clients.
